Breakfast(s) of Champions (Avocado Toast)

Avocado Toast

The simplest breakfast, really.

Step 1: Make some toast. We like Silver Hills Big 16 or Mack’s Flax breads, both of which have 6 grams of protein per slice.

Step 2: If you like butter on your bread, add a little butter. If not, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Spread the bread with almond butter.

Step 4: Cover the almond butter with sliced or smashed avocado.

Step 5: Eat it up!

This is also a great mid-day snack that is quick to prepare and delicious!
